Future Music Festival 2011

Future Music Festival just around the corner!

With the Future Music Festival about to tour Australia, I thought it prudent to point out why you probably shouldn’t miss it. So…

Here’s the top 6 reasons why you probably don’t want to miss it (IMHO of course).

6  Art Vs Science

As winners of the Triple J Unearthed comp for 2008 Splendour in the Grass, these guys blew the crowd away! And have continued to do so.

5  The Presets

Starting off with a massive underground following, the Presets have now also conquered the mainstream arena – and always put on an great live show.

4  Mark Ronson & The Business Intl

All Mark Ronson’s songs are so catchy! I get addicted to them time and time again. This is no exception (and well, Boy George still sings great…)

3  Dizzee Rascal

I love all Dizzee’s songs. I love his lyrics, cheakiness and his charisma! He is inspirational – and he takes no cr@p either. Enough said!

2  Pendulum

Pendulum is the music I put on before heading out – every time. It makes me hyper, gets me dancing and readies me for a great night out!

And last but definitely not least…

1  The Chemical Brothers

It has been faaaaar too long since I saw The Chemical Brothers live. Unable to catch their Brissy show meant Future Music Festival was  no brainer for me!

There are of course many many more reasons not to miss it!
