A Sizzling Summer Beach Crawl
The lads of Bluejuice loved their Sizzling 2010 summer trip, so they want to do it all over again.
What’s more, Philadelphia Grand Jury are hanging around after their “Save Our Town” tour and heading out on the road with them!
During Sizzling 2010, Bluejuice’s last regional Summer sojourn, the band had such a good time developing theirforearm tans, hiding from giant cockroaches, and staring drunkenly at the ocean, that they’ve decided to do it all again; this time with their equally as-sun-starved friends, Philadelphia Grand Jury and Purple Sneakers DJs.
The Sizzling 2011 caravan will traverse the Eastern states in January, a veritable sun-drenched musical carnival that will bring with it the breaking down of established social principles, chiefly the ones concerning the wearing of board shorts onstage, and the wearing of black skinny jeans to the beach.”
Big city folk, this tour ain’t for you. It’s mainly for coasties – or more for the boys to work on their tan apparently…
Performing on 21 stages, starting in Ulladulla 28 December, heading up and down the coast (with a couple of other places thrown in for good measure). Touring through NSW, Qld and Vic, the lads will finish up in Wagga on Sunday 23 January.
